Conclusion
In conclusion, our work strongly demonstrated that the gasotransmitter co could protect lung fibroblasts against bleomycin-induced premature senescence by inducing sg formation, promoting the sequestration of pai-1 into sgs, as well as controlling the telomere shortening.
