Cohort 1 demonstrated that brainstem lesions were mostly associated with the mutation detection in CCM genes (brainstem, lateral temporal, and parietal lesions vs. lateral temporal and parietal lesions, AUC 0.928 vs. 0.779, P = 0.0389).
