Conclusion	Overall, our study demonstrates that inter-individual immune variation described as immunotypes could help us better understand immune variation in the aging population and identify individuals in need of improved vaccination strategies. in addition, immune stability is a feature of immunotypes that could be a potential indicator of post-vaccination cellular kinetics and could provide opportunities to identify individuals with lower immune responsiveness.
